My soccer star, well ONE of them!
This is video of Matthew's soccer game April 8th. He is in the blue shirt, number 6 throwing in the ball. The ball comes back towards him so he gives it a good kick (best so far in my opinion). He quickly runs back to his defense spot. His coach (the guy walking by in the same blue shirt) calls him back over to throw the ball in because it went out again. A child on the other team kicks it out so Matthew is instructed by his coach to thrown it one more time. He got alot of play time during that quarter. He really enjoys soccer and I am thrilled. I LOVE watching him.
Natalie has become friends with a little girl also named Natalie. She is the younger sister of a child on Matthew's team. It was alittle rainy the day of the game so they were taking a stroll under an umbrella. It was too cute! Natalie is so proud of her big brother, she yells "go Panthers." She looks up to him and wanted to start playing soccer because of him. It was hard explaining to her that she could not be on his team, that she has to be on a team for her age. She is on the Katydids and loves it and her coach. I will add video of her playing soon.
